These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DomainIQ AI (the "Service"), operated by DomainIQ AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or paying the registration fee, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DomainIQ AI provides AI-generated intelligence reports about internet domain names, including public history, security posture, SEO signals, brand fit, technical signals, and aftermarket valuation estimates. We describe the report categories without disclosing proprietary scoring logic. All reports are informational and do not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice.

2. Accounts & Registration Fee

  • A one-time registration fee of ₹199 (INR) grants your account 500 analysis credits.
  • Each domain analysis consumes 1 credit. Anonymous visitors receive 1 free preview.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, scrape, or redistribute reports without written permission.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or defraud any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • Use analyses to make automated purchase decisions on regulated assets.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Reports are generated by large language models combined with public data sources. Content may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Verify critical facts (WHOIS, trademarks, litigation) with authoritative sources before making financial decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by DomainIQ AI. You may use generated reports for your own internal research and decision-making.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation of the registration is governed by our Cancellation Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service. You may close your account at any time from the Account page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainIQ AI's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
