Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Purchase

DomainIQ AI currently operates on a one-time purchase model — ₹199 for 500 credits. There is no auto-renewing subscription, so no recurring charge to cancel.

2. Closing Your Account

You can close your account at any time from the Account page. Closing an account:

  • Immediately signs you out and disables login.
  • Removes personal data within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Forfeits any unused credits, unless a refund applies under our Refund Policy.

3. Cancelling an In-Flight Order

If your payment has been debited but no credits were awarded (e.g. due to a webhook delay), our system reconciles automatically within a few hours. If credits are not awarded after 24 hours, contact us via the contact page with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will either complete or refund the transaction.

4. Future Subscription Plans

If we introduce recurring plans in the future, you will be able to cancel them from the Account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
